Holiday Pasta Workshop - Evergreen Brick Works

Celebrate the festive season by learning the art of pasta making in our holiday-inspired fresh pasta workshop! Under the direction of our professional chef instructors, participants will master the craft of creating and shaping handmade bow-tie pasta. Through the use of spinach-infused and beet-infused doughs, participants will form beautifully striped green and red noodles that blend art with food. This hands-on workshop is designed to spark creativity in the kitchen, with holiday-themed culinary creations at the heart of the experience. Each participant will take home a portion of hand-shaped bow-tie pasta, ready to cook and enjoy at home.
