Summer is almost here, making way for hot days and ways to stay cool. After surveying 100’s of young cooking students, Rooks to Cooks has compiled a top 10 list of junior chef approved, summer and family-friendly mocktails.

Here are the winners:

1. Watermelon Lemonade: 

Blend fresh watermelon chunks with lemonade and ice for a refreshing drink.

2. Strawberry Mint Lemonade: 

Muddle fresh strawberries and mint leaves in a glass, then add lemonade and ice.

3. Pineapple Coconut Cooler: 

Blend pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and ice for a tropical treat.

4. Blueberry Basil Lemonade: 

Muddle fresh blueberries and basil leaves in a glass, then add lemonade and ice.

5. Peach Iced Tea: 

Brew a pitcher of iced tea and add fresh peach slices for a sweet twist.

6. Raspberry Limeade: 

Blend fresh raspberries with limeade and ice for a tangy drink.

7. Orange Creamsicle: 

Mix orange juice with vanilla ice cream for a creamy treat.

8. Mango Lassi: 

Blend mango chunks, yogurt, and ice for a refreshing Indian-inspired drink.

9. Cucumber Mint Cooler: 

Blend cucumber slices, mint leaves, and ice for a refreshing and hydrating drink.

10. Cherry Limeade: 

Blend fresh cherries with limeade and ice for a sweet and tangy drink.
