June 24 - June 28 BUDDING BAKERS (7+)

Budding Bakers is a fun and educational baking camp built to engage your aspiring chefs with a passion for the sweet side of life. This program will teach our campers all the core baking techniques and theories, emphasizing the foundations of baking to provide a framework for them to build upon for years to come!

Each day we will focus on new sweet and savoury techniques and theories, ensuring your child gets a comprehensive education in the culinary arts. A wide variety of sweet and savoury bakes are featured in this program such as cookies, cakes, buns, bars, breads, loaves, pies, ice cream and more!

July 2 - July 5 (4-day week) BAKING FOR BEGINNERS (5-8) 🆕

Inspired by our very popular Budding Bakers course, Baking for Beginners is a fun and inviting baking program designed for beginner bakers with a passion for the sweet side of life. We focus on mastering the basics, building your child’s kitchen confidence, independence and self-sufficiency, and most importantly teaching them how to navigate a kitchen safely. Our passionate chef instructors will be there every step of the way to teach and guide your child, ensuring their success every time. 

Our innovative recipes have been carefully selected to engage, educate and inspire your budding baker, while providing opportunities for hands-on practice and to learn useful pastry theory.

July 8 - July 12 AROUND THE WORLD FIRST CLASS (9+)

Around the World First Class is back again, and ready to take flight! 

This program will whisk our campers away on an epic trip across the globe, immersing them in the tantalizing world of international cuisine. With 5 different countries and up to 4 recipes a day, this program is THE destination for learning proper knife skills, cooking techniques, foundational pastry skills, and diverse cooking methods. 

Graduating campers will have expanded palates, open minds, an appreciation for other cultures, and all the cooking skills and self-confidence to prepare and execute these vibrant recipes at home for your family. 

Whether your chef-in-the-making is interested in learning foundational cooking skills, eager to have fun, learn about different cultures, or are simply just here to eat, Around the World First Class is for them.

July 15 - July 19 CREATIVE COOKS SWEET & SAVOURY (8+) 🆕

Is your chef-in-the-making passionate about both the culinary AND pastry arts? They just can’t choose a side, nor want to choose a side? Well have no fear, Creative Cooks Sweet & Savoury is here! This program is all about blurring the lines between pastry and cooking, and capitalizing on the benefits of learning both fields. Your multi-talented chef-to-be will learn both cooking and pastry theory and gain experience in both areas.

What makes this program unique, however, is the addition of daily technical challenges and competitions, providing our campers the chance to be creative, trust their instincts, and put their newfound skills to the test. Guided by our expert chefs, each challenge is a stepping stone to building upon their confidence and skill sets in both the pastry and culinary arts, helping them achieve new heights in and out of the kitchen.

July 22 - July 26 AROUND THE WORLD ROUND TRIP (9+) 🆕

Inspired by our incredibly popular Around the World (ATW) programs, R2C is overjoyed to announce the release of our newest ATW addition, Around the World Round Trip. Round Trip encompasses everything we love about our ATW offerings: 5 different countries, up to 4 delectable recipes a day, and an unparalleled opportunity to learn foundational culinary skills and theory. However, Round Trip brings something unique to the table, the incorporation of daily cooking challenges meant to inspire and push our chef-to-be to the next level.

As our campers graduate from this epic adventure, they’ll depart with much more than just recipes in their repertoire. They’ll leave us with expanded palates, open minds, a new appreciation for other cultures, and the expertise and self-confidence to keep exploring the wonderful world of food from home. Given the nature of this program, Round Trip isn’t ideal for beginners. Instead, we recommend exploring many of our other amazing offerings first.
