Sizzling Summer is back and better than ever! In this exciting program, campers will
learn foundational culinary and pastry skills while slicing and dicing their way through
4+ innovative, summer-inspired recipes every day. All recipes are seasonally
inspired and nutritionally balanced, providing valuable lessons about personal
nutrition and the importance of working with nutrient-dense ingredients.

What’s more, Sizzling Summer is fully adaptable to support gluten-free and vegan
participants, ensuring that every child can enjoy the delicious dishes being prepared.

            Objective
            To teach our campers fundamental life and culinary skills through the preparation of delicious and nutritious summer-inspired recipes. By the end of Sizzling Summer, campers will have the knowledge, experience, and confidence to prepare over 20 of our signature summer recipes independently at home, while also expanding their palates and fostering an open-mindedness toward new foods and flavours.
