Around the World is back and better than ever! This all new program will take our
campers on a culinary journey across the globe, exploring five different countries and
immersing themselves in some of the most iconic food cultures in the world. Each
day, campers will prepare up to 4 dishes from these diverse cuisines, learning not
just how to cook, but also the rich cultural stories behind each recipe.
Around the World is THE destination for mastering essential knife skills, foundational
cooking techniques, pastry skills, and diverse cooking methods. As they embark on
this journey, campers will expand their palates and gain an appreciation for the
flavours and traditions of other cultures. Graduating campers will leave with
enhanced cooking skills, newfound self-confidence, and the ability to prepare and
execute vibrant recipes at home for their families.

            Objective
            To equip our campers with fundamental life and cooking skills while introducing them to a world of flavours and culinary traditions. Through this program, they will develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of different cultures and their cuisines, gaining the practical knowledge needed to create delicious meals at home.

            Inspired by our incredibly popular Around the World (ATW) programs, R2C is overjoyed to announce the release of our newest ATW addition, Around the World Round Trip. Round Trip encompasses everything we love about our ATW offerings: 5 different countries, up to 4 delectable recipes a day, and an unparalleled opportunity to learn foundational culinary skills and theory. However, Round Trip brings something unique to the table, the incorporation of daily cooking challenges meant to inspire and push our chef-to-be to the next level.

            Beyond recipes

            As our campers graduate from this epic adventure, they’ll depart with much more than just recipes in their repertoire. They’ll leave us with expanded palates, open minds, a new appreciation for other cultures, and the expertise and self-confidence to keep exploring the wonderful world of food from home. Given the nature of this program, Round Trip isn’t ideal for beginners. Instead, we recommend exploring many of our other amazing offerings first.
