Kick off the spring season with a three-hour workshop dedicated to creating stunning floral cupcakes. Participants will begin by preparing our signature buttermilk sponge batter, then make a bright, seasonal curd filling and whip up the lightest, fluffiest buttercream. While the cakes bake and the curd cools, students will learn professional buttercream techniques, including how to use a flower nail to pipe a variety of elegant blooms in a spring-inspired colour palette. Finally, they’ll fill and decorate their cupcakes, transforming them into a dozen showstopping treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. With guidance from our expert chefs, participants will build pastry skills, gain confidence in piping, and take home a gorgeous box of floral cupcakes, perfect for celebrating the season.
