With temperatures dropping outside, we’re heating things up in the kitchen with Cozy Comforts! Students will learn culinary knowledge and skills as they prepare a recipe each week! Students will become increasingly more confident and skilled in all areas of the kitchen by slicing, dicing and sautéing their way through 11 delicious and nutritious weeks!
Overview: Our goal is to equip students with integral life and cooking skills through the preparation of a wide variety of winter inspired dishes. We aim to open their minds to new foods and flavours, and inspire a lifelong passion for cooking. Students will acquire the knowledge, experience and confidence to independently execute recipes at home!
Cost is $495.00 plus tax. Tuition includes: 11 sessions, a professional R2C apron and specialty cut resistant glove to use throughout the program, and to keep following the program, plus take home portions of daily creations to share with the family.
