Our Valentine's Day Macaron Workshop includes the use of almond flour, a tree nut product, as a key ingredient in the recipe.

This is the only workshop we offer that contains nuts.

Fall in love with the art of pastry in this three-hour Valentine’s Day workshop! Participants will master two romantic confections: delicate heart-shaped French macarons and decadent white chocolate & berry bon bons. Along the way, students will learn to conquer the notoriously tricky macaron, practice the art of tempering chocolate, and create luscious homemade fillings like silky white chocolate ganache and tangy berry coulis. Guided by our expert chefs, students will build new skills, gain confidence, and take home a box of hand-crafted sweets, perfect for sharing with someone special (or keeping all to yourself!).

Take home: 1 dozen heart shaped macarons & 1 dozen white chocolate and berry bon bons.

Age limitations: 8+ alone or 4+ with an accompanying adult (18+)

Some workshops involve high-risk equipment or techniques. For the safety of all participants, age limits are strictly enforced. If a child under the stated age requirement is enrolled, we reserve the right to adjust or limit their hands-on participation to ensure their safety while under our care.

While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, this workshop will not be suitable for participants with nut allergies. We recommend that families with nut sensitivities do not register for this specific session.

Our facilities remain nut-free for all other programs, and we continue to uphold strict allergen-aware practices across the board.
