This March, get out of the cold and into the kitchen with our NEW and improved Cozy Comforts March Break camp! Featuring up to 4 seasonally inspired recipes a day, Cozy Comforts campers will learn kitchen safety, fundamental cooking and baking techniques, proper knife skills, and the value of teamwork in the kitchen.

In the mornings, we’ll roll up our sleeves and cook up savoury recipes that will act as hearty warm lunches, while the afternoons will be dedicated to crafting sweet and savoury recipes meant to be taken home and shared with the family. Our professional chef instructors will be there every step of the way, sharing their tips, tricks and wisdom ensuring your child not only leaves with new skills, but also the knowledge and confidence to recreate the magic at home.

Objective
To teach our campers both pastry and cooking skills, along with the culinary theory and knowledge to build their self-confidence both in and out of the kitchen. Upon completing the program, students will be empowered and excited to execute both sweet and savoury recipes at home, and have the skills necessary to help cook lunch, dinner, and snacks for themselves and the family.
