Young chefs will master the art of hand-pulled noodles as they build a cozy bowl of Mushroom Ramen, topped with sweet and spicy Sriracha Honey Tofu Steaks. Then, it’s on to dessert—where students will whip, layer, and crunch their way to a stunning Silky Matcha Cheesecake Parfait, featuring miso caramel puffed rice and gently spiced, seasonal pears. With guidance from our experienced chefs, students will explore traditional and modern techniques, boost their kitchen confidence, and head home with new skills– and a few tasty treats! Perfect for noodle-lovers and dessert fanatics alike, this course offers the ultimate hands-on culinary adventure!

A Taste of Independence

Designed like a mini culinary school, this one-day PA Day camp features chef-led demos followed by hands-on recipe execution in small groups. Campers will cook 4–5 seasonal dishes from scratch—enjoying some for lunch and taking the rest home to share. With kitchen time balanced by fun games and creative activities, it’s the perfect recipe for confidence, teamwork, and delicious memories.
