Calling all pizza lovers! Get ready for a hands-on culinary experience that’s as delicious as it is fun in this full-day P.A. Day cooking class! Students will stretch, top, and bake their very own Neapolitan-Style Pizzas from scratch, served alongside a hearty Chicken or Chickpea Kale Caesar Salad. Then, it’s time for dessert with a double feature: classic Chocolate Truffles and vibrant Red Velvet Sandwich Cookies with tangy cream cheese filling. Throughout the day, our chefs will guide students through essential kitchen skills, flavour-building techniques, and the cultural history behind these iconic dishes. Whether they’re new to the kitchen or seasoned snackers, your young chef is in for a day of culinary creativity and confidence-building!

A Taste of Independence

Designed like a mini culinary school, this one-day PA Day camp features chef-led demos followed by hands-on recipe execution in small groups. Campers will cook 4–5 seasonal dishes from scratch—enjoying some for lunch and taking the rest home to share. With kitchen time balanced by fun games and creative activities, it’s the perfect recipe for confidence, teamwork, and delicious memories.
