In this hands-on crash course, young chefs will roll, shape, and sauté their way to a delicious homemade lunch: pillowy Sweet Potato Gnocchi in Brown Butter Sage Sauce, served alongside juicy Stuffed Chicken or Bell Peppers. For dessert, students will whip up an irresistible winter-inspired duo—Snowball Cake Pop Truffles and melt-in-your-mouth Hot Chocolate Drop Cookies. With step-by-step guidance from our experienced chefs, students will explore new techniques, discover flavour pairing secrets, and learn how to bring warmth and joy to every bite.
