Mochi has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries for its soft, chewy texture and connection to festivals and special occasions. In this hands-on workshop, participants will fill pre-made mochi dough with smooth, sweet red bean paste, shape perfect rounds, and finish their creations with adorable bunny ears naturally tinted pink with beetroot powder.
