Spring into Mochi! Workshops in Collaboration with EBW
Did “Somebunny” say Mochi?! Get ready to “hop” into Spring with this hands-on culinary adventure where participants will transform pillowy white mochi dough into the sweetest bunny creations! Mochi has been enjoyed in Japan for centuries for its chewy, soft texture, and is often made for festivals and special occasions. In this workshop, participants will fill their mochi with a smooth & sweet red bean paste, carefully seal and shape the pre-made dough into round balls, and assemble little bunny ears dusted naturally pink using beetroot powder. Soft, sweet, and almost too cute to eat! Get ready for a fresh, seasonal experience as we connect to this rich cultural tradition in a fun, creative way.
Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour, Coconut Milk, Red Bean Paste, Sugar, Salt, Beetroot, Black Sesame Seeds. Contains: Sesame.
