This all new program will take our campers on a culinary journey across the globe, exploring five different countries and immersing themselves in some of the most iconic food cultures in the world. Each day, campers will prepare up to 4 dishes from these diverse cuisines, learning not just how to cook, but also the rich cultural stories behind each recipe.

Around the World is THE destination for mastering essential knife skills, foundational
cooking techniques, pastry skills, and diverse cooking methods. As they embark on this
journey, campers will expand their palates and gain an appreciation for the flavours and
traditions of other cultures. Graduating campers will leave with enhanced cooking skills,
newfound self-confidence, and the ability to prepare and execute vibrant recipes at
home for their families.

Global Culinary Journey

Around the World is back and better than ever! This immersive culinary program takes campers on a global journey through five countries, where they’ll prepare up to four dishes daily while learning the cultural stories behind each recipe. Campers will master essential knife skills, foundational cooking techniques, pastry skills, and diverse cooking methods, expanding their palates and appreciation for international flavors. By the end, they’ll leave with enhanced cooking abilities, newfound confidence, and the skills to create vibrant, global recipes at home.
