Using two fresh pasta doughs, one classic and one naturally coloured and flavoured with beets, participants will learn how to twist the doughs together to create a striking candy cane pattern before transforming them into traditional cavatelli using gnocchi boards.

Along the way, you'll discover the fundamentals of fresh pasta making, including dough handling, shaping techniques, and the simple skills needed to create beautifully textured pasta from scratch. The result is a festive pasta that's as impressive to serve as it is delicious to enjoy.
