Get ready for Holiday Pasta Magic at Evergreen Brick Works in our ‘Evergreen Tree-Shaped Ravioli’ workshop! Using fresh spinach-infused pasta dough and a cozy, creamy sweet potato filling, participants will shape their ravioli like little Evergreen Trees. You’ll take home your freshly made ravioli and the skills to recreate this seasonal dish with your favorite sauce. A fun, hands-on workshop perfect for making delicious memories out of the cold!

Ages 6+  

Disclaimer: Our Pasta Workshops are recommended for ages 6 and up. Children aged 4-6 may participate but MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the workshop. Children under 4 cannot be accommodated.

DATES: Sundays November 30th, December 7th, December 14th, December 21st

Workshop length: 40 minutes 

Capacity: 20 participants PER time slot 

TIME SLOTS/ DURATION: 7 workshops per Sunday, 40 minutes long with 15 minute reset periods. Starting at 11:15am and ending at 5:25pm.

RECIPE: Evergreen Trees-Shaped Ravioli with Sweet Potato Filling.

INGREDIENTS: Flour. Water. Spinach. Sweet Potato. Spices (i.e. Rosemary, Thyme,Nutmeg,Turmeric, Salt, Pepper)

FREE OF: Recipe is Vegan/ Vegetarian. NO Egg, Dairy, Nuts, or Shellfish.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Parking at Evergreen Brick Works is extremely limited during the Holiday Market season. Please arrive early to allow enough time to find parking and walk to the venue. 

This is a ticketed event. Workshops must start on time, and due to tight scheduling and full sessions, we cannot accommodate late arrivals or move participants to a later session. 

We will have more communication/ information on how you can skip the line to enter the Winter Market for your session closer to the date!
