This program will whisk our campers away on an epic journey across the globe, immersing them in the tantalizing world of international cuisine. Featuring five different regions and up to 5 recipes each day, First Class is THE destination for mastering proper knife skills, advanced cooking techniques, foundational pastry skills, and diverse culinary methods.

Graduating campers will enjoy expanded palates, open minds, and a greater
appreciation for other cultures. They will also gain the cooking skills and self-confidence necessary to prepare and share these vibrant recipes at home with their families
