fundamentals, best nutritional practices, and most importantly, kitchen safety and
sanitation, this program is perfect for everyone, whether they’re rookies just starting out or more experienced young chefs looking to refine their skills and expand their recipe repertoire.

Recipes are seasonally inspired and highlight fresh, local produce, teaching campers
