Emphasizing culinary fundamentals, best nutritional practices, and most importantly, kitchen safety and sanitation, this program is perfect for everyone, whether they’re rookies just starting out or more experienced young chefs looking to refine their skills and expand their recipe repertoire.
Recipes are seasonally inspired and highlight fresh, local produce, teaching campers the value of working with seasonal ingredients and the variety of cooking techniques you can use to let their natural flavours shine. Each day, campers will slice and dice their way through up to four sweet and savoury recipes, gaining hands-on experience with knife skills, pan work, raw preparations, and baked creations.
