Campers work in pairs to prepare and execute recipes, meaning that any required recipe modifications will affect both partners. If your child has a dietary restriction that requires recipe modifications, they must enrol with a designated buddy who is comfortable preparing the modified recipes and has agreed to this arrangement prior to the start of camp.

Celebrate the season of love with a menu that's handmade from the heart. Campers will learn the art of fresh pasta as they create Heart-Shaped Beef Ravioli in Rosé Sauce, paired with Balsamic Roasted Cremini Mushrooms, before finishing with elegant Chocolate Strawberry Palmiers. It's a day dedicated to sharing delicious food, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a little extra love in every bite.

Our Program
Just like our Summer Camps, every recipe is preceded by a professional chef demonstration, ensuring visual, verbal, and hands-on learners all have the tools they need to succeed. Campers work in small groups of up to three, giving every child meaningful opportunities to cook, practice new techniques, and build confidence in the kitchen.

A Taste of Independence

Designed like a mini culinary school, this one-day PA Day camp features chef-led demos followed by hands-on recipe execution in small groups. Campers will cook 4–5 seasonal dishes from scratch—enjoying some for lunch and taking the rest home to share. With kitchen time balanced by fun games and creative activities, it’s the perfect recipe for confidence, teamwork, and delicious memories.
