Throughout the week, young chefs will discover how cuisines influence one another, exploring the delicious possibilities that emerge when culinary traditions meet.

From familiar comfort foods with an unexpected twist to bold new flavour combinations inspired by kitchens around the globe, campers will expand their palates, strengthen their culinary skills, and develop a deeper appreciation for the diverse cultures that shape the way we cook and eat.
